Designed for yoga teachers and practitioners alike, this session delves into:
• The meaning and types of marma points
• The relationship between marma points and asana practice
• How to make asana practice safe, effective, accessible, and rooted in tradition
Study, explore, and experience the marma points in: Surya Namaskara, Nauka Asana, Pawanmukta Asana, Bhujanga Asana, Tada Asana, Viparita Karani, and Shavasana.
