An immersive experience to bring you into the calming world of ayurvedic marma therapy, while experiencing its soothing effects over a 2-hour hatha yoga, aromatherapy and meditation practice to ease anxiety and restore balance.

Receive marma-therapy directly from the hands of Komal; and be guided into learning a simple yet effective marma sequence you can use on yourself anytime, leaning into key points specifically associated with reducing anxiety, pacifying vatta, and restoring inner harmony.

Deeply nourishing within the context of a full guided workshop, but extremely helpful as a stand-alone practice to self-soothe, gain confidence before important meetings or feel grounded when the minds feels busy or overstimulated.
