Welcome to the Marlborough Duathlon Series!
Whether you are new to running and biking or an experienced racer, we would love to have you join us for some fun in the Wither Hills.
We are offering the following races -
Under 6's race free of charge. This will be held in the paddock right next to the car park at Rifle Range. This will be a 1 lap run (250m), 1 lap bike (250m), 1 lap run (250m).
Enter on the day.
Junior Race (7-14yrs). This will be a mix of running in the paddock and biking on the rifle range track.
750m run (3 laps of the paddock), 2.4km bike (1 lap to quail stream and back), 500m run (2 laps of the paddock).

Short Course and Long Course Duathlon (14 yrs +)
This will run concurrently and will be in the Wither Hills. Maps attached.
Short course is 2.4km Run, 7.3km bike, 2.4km run
Long Course is 2.4km Run, 14.6km bike, 5.6km run

Entries close at midday on Saturday 28th November.
On the day entries are accepted but are CASH only and incur a $5 late fee.
We will have the fantastic Minaka on site serving hot drinks, cold drinks and ice blocks.
