Join us for a practical and interactive in-person workshop exploring how to communicate your work, reach potential clients and develop referral routes that feel right for you.

Together, Anabel Unity Sale and Helen Lee will explore the different ways therapists can attract new referrals, including which routes are worth investing your time and energy in - and which may not be. You'll have the opportunity to think about how you present your work, create engaging content and use social media in a way that feels authentic and manageable.

We'll also consider the other side of building a private practice: how to make it sustainable. Helen will explore the relationship between attracting clients, managing your capacity and protecting yourself from burnout, so that your practice can support you as well as the people you work with.

This is a chance to ask questions, share experiences and come away with practical ideas for developing your own approach to marketing and private practice.

We intentionally keep our training groups small to allow for plenty of space for discussion, reflection and participation.

Helen Lee
Helen is a UKCP registered psychotherapist with a thriving private practice in East Sussex, offering individual and relationship therapy. She has trained in Transactional Analysis, Jungian depth psychology and psychosynthesis, and specialises in working with people around life transitions, relationship dynamics and developing a deeper understanding of themselves.
