Join us for a slow flow on the grass, suitable for all ages and abilities! Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear clothes you can move in. This class is offered FREE one Saturday a month from June - October at the Portage Farm Stands market in the Near Northwest Neighborhood.
