Licensing is a written agreement between Florida A&M University (FAMU), the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), and the licensee, granting permission to produce products bearing the official marks of FAMU.

Anyone wishing to produce or sell products displaying FAMU’s marks must first obtain a license.

• Convenient Shopping: Support FAMU students and community entrepreneurs.

• Vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM.
• Vendors are responsible for using the correct tent size per their assigned plot.
• Non-University vendors (INC/LLC) must comply with University vendor policies.
• Refunds will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or University closures.

Please ensure you have the correct tent size for your purchased plot.

• Unloading: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading).
• Loading: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
• Parking Permits: Obtain from FAMU PD (2400 Wahnish Way | 850-561-2657).

🚫 Food and beverage sales are not permitted.
✔️ Health services require approval from the Student Health Center Director (850-599-3777).
✔️ Vendors must remain within assigned space.
✔️ Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and equipment.
🎵 Amplified sound/music is permitted on Fridays only.
