Market at the Ranch

We are hosting our first indoor/outdoor vendor market! We are currently looking for vendors. Farmers, Gardeners, Bakers, Live entertainers, Artisans, Prepared food Vendors, Craftsman apply to be a vendor! We cannot wait to make this event amazing and filled with local businesses!

Show Date and Time: June 22nd from 8am-2pm

Set-Up Times: June 21st from 5pm-8pm and June 22nd from 6am-8am

Tear Down: Tear down is not before 2pm on Saturday! Vendors cannot leave early. If you have to leave early, you will not be welcomed back to vendor events in the future. No vendor may pull up their vehicle to the event center until they are completely torn down and ready to load. We will have a parking lot designated for vendors.

Application and Payment Deadline: Applications and payment must be received by June 7th. Booth spots are not secured until you have sent in a payment. Payments are non-refundable.

Booth Fees:

Booths are $75 for 1 8ftx8ft booth.

If you require 2 booths, the fee will be $140.

Limited booths have electricity, they will be an extra $10.

Food truck vendors: Your payment will be different. You can choose to give us a flat fee of $500 or 10% of sales.

Scholarship Spots: We do have scholarship spots available, please email me if you are interested and we can get you set up!

Musicians: There will be a raised stage inside the event center. We welcome local artists for a 1-hour time slot to play an acoustic set. Neither party will be charged for musicians. You can put out a jar for tips. We will not be providing speakers, microphones, or any equipment.

Licenses:

Please submit these forms with your application if you fit into these categories

· A copy of your Texas Food Manufacturers License (if selling pre-packaged food items)

· A copy of your Texas Agriculture License (if selling plant products)

We will also have booth spots available outside for food trucks, if you have animals, or require outside space.
