Playing Live: Mark Vennis & Different Place are a punk rock roots band from Petersfield, Hampshire, who draw heavily on the influence of punk, reggae, ska and blues music.

In addition to writing songs for the band, Mark has written the soundtrack to “On Resistance Street”, a feature doc about rebel rock. The band have performed all over the place including France and Ireland.

They have supported The Stranglers, The Cockney Rejects, Eddie Tenpole and The Alabama 3 amongst many others.
