You are invited to participate in an in person evening of discussions regarding movement disorders and a video-based case discussion on Thursday, June 27 at 5:30 PM.

5:30 PM - Arrival, Reception
6:15 PM - Dinner, Invited talk
7:00 PM - Dinner, Video presentations (3 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion)
Video Preparation and Presenting Instructions:
1. Prepare brief videos (3 minutes of history + video) and allow 2 minutes of discussion. If embedding video(s) in a PowerPoint presentation, please ONLY embed .MP4 files (not .MOV files).
2. Bring on individual USB drives or collect all videos from each site and combine into PowerPoint slides or folder, then one person from each site will either bring USB for transfer OR send to Mark Hallett via file transfer (Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, etc.) prior to conference.
3. Residents, Fellows, and trainees will be asked to comment on phenomenology before etiology is discussed.
