Maritime and Green Energy Pitch Event

Excited about the future of maritime and green energy innovation? This in-person event run by Tech South West, Torridge District Council and North Devon Council, with the support of North Devon Angels, Angel Investors Bristol and the British Business Bank, is your chance to catch the latest pitches from bright minds transforming the industry across the South West.

Whether you are a founder, a business leader, an investor, a support agency or simply interested, the doors are open to get involved.

With investors currently on the panel from Equinor Ventures, Saline Investments, the Maritime Innovation Network and Angel Investors Bristol there are panellists ready to meet you and to hear pitches from three businesses at a range of maturity levels.

If you are an investor and would like to see three South West based Marine and/or Green Energy businesses pitch, and to meet other firms in this space seeking funding, then please select the "Investor" ticket type.

If you are a founder of a South West based company in the Marine and/or Green Energy space and want to learn more, or are seeking investment and want to mix with investors, then please select the "Founder" ticket type

If you are a founder and would like to be considered for pitching please select the "Founder" ticket type. We will contact all "Founder" ticket owners with a Google Form to apply. Applications will be reviewed by the organising committee. You will be informed at least a week ahead of the event if you have been chosen to pitch. There are three pitching slots.

If you are a business leader, a support agency, or simply curious about the Marine & Green Energy Sector, then select the "General Admission" ticket type.

As an additional component delegates will have the option to sign up for a pre-session tour of Navantia UK's Appledore Shipyard and a visit to the Appledore Maritime Innovation Centre construction site. Visitors will be required to wear full PPE (provided) and will meet at the shipyard security centre at 11:45. Numbers will be limited for this session and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
