A Cuban rent boy and a troubled sailor fall ominously in love in this Caribbean reimagining of Puccini’s iconic opera, Madame Butterfly
Mariposa is a passionate dance drama about the sacrifices we are ready to make for love, set in a dockland world of sailors, faded showgirls and voodoo spirits. Choreographed by Carlos Pons Guerra with an arresting tropical original score by Luis Miguel Cobo.
