This past March, Chieh Peng rode her bicycle from her home in Bryan, Texas to San Diego, California along the Adventure Cycling Association's Southern Tier route (https://www.adventurecycling.org/routes-and-maps/adventure-cycling-route-network/southern-tier/). Chieh then continued her cycling journey traveling to China to ride along the Grand Canal (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1443/) from Shanghai to Beijing.
