About this Event
The Marine & Offshore Energy (M&OE) HR Summit 2025 is the first-ever flagship gathering dedicated to advancing human capital excellence in Singapore’s marine and offshore energy sector. Held on 21 October 2025 at the Devan Nair Institute, the Summit is a new highlight within e2i Marine Week, complementing the week’s line-up of sector-focused programmes.
Following Marine Week’s 2023 and 2024 editions that spotlighted Sustainability (Offshore Clean Energy) and Digitalisation respectively, this year’s debut HR Summit turns the focus to human centricity and workforce transformation – recognising that people are at the heart of every successful business transformation.
The morning programme is specially curated for Human Resource practitioners, aiming to inspire and equip them with strategies to strengthen employee value propositions, redesign processes, and address the evolving needs of the workforce. The afternoon segment brings together CEOs, directors, and senior business leaders to reaffirm the strategic importance of empowering workforce transformation as a driver of business success, especially as the sector navigates the energy transition and technological change.
Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, and fireside chats, participants will:
· Gain insights into national workforce transformation strategies and progressive HR practices.
· Learn practical approaches to upskilling, retention, and inclusive workforce policies.
· Explore case studies from both large corporations and SMEs.
· Strengthen collaboration between government, industry, and unions to co-create a future-ready workforce.
The Summit aims to create a sustained platform for dialogue, sharing, and action - ensuring the M&OE sector remains globally competitive, talent-driven, and well-prepared for the opportunities ahead in the green and digital economy.
