For this special duo performance, Marina Decourt and Daniel Rodrigues present a journey through the sounds of Brazil, featuring original compositions alongside classics of samba, samba-rock, bossa nova and jazz. Expect an evening full of groove, swing and the vibrant spirit of Brazilian music.Marina Decourt is a Brazilian singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer based in the UK. Her work blends Brazilian music, jazz, neo-soul and contemporary influences, spanning original songs, film and television soundtracks, and collaborations across Brazil and the UK. Marina is also the founder of Marilene Beats, an independent label dedicated to supporting women and LGBTQIA+ artists,.Daniel Rodrigues is a Brazilian trombonist, producer and composer with over 20 years of experience and four released albums. Renowned for his versatility, he has performed alongside some of Brazil’s most celebrated artists, including Sandra de Sá, Paula Lima, Sergio Meriti and Moacir Luz. His music combines deep roots in Brazilian traditions with a fresh and contemporary approach.

Borges Machado is a duet that explores songwriting, field recordings, and improvisation. Their series of pieces “Building Sites” mixes Brazilian rhythms with evolving soundscapes, creating a dialogue between tradition, experimentation, and the textures of everyday life.
Nick & Rio
Nick & Rio are an up and coming musical duet, from a small town in Brazil called Sinop. Two young creatives with a passion to share the brazilian culture around the world whether it be through dance, art, photography or music. In this debut set, you can expect to hear genres from Samba to Forró, Bossa Nova, Popular Brazilian Music and "Brazilified" covers. With Rio on Guitar and vocals and Nick on percussion, be prepared to move your feet and sway with the wonderful energy they bring!Gainstage Promotions
