Join us for a Community Mindful Walk at Preston Park, Brighton & Hove! Would you like to join a led walk in your local park. This is funded through Brighton Natural Health Foundation, a local charity supporting the growth in Mindful Movement for all.

It will include:

  • a led walk, with simple mindful practices in natures.
  • a friendly, supportive group
