About this Event

This event will provide property owners in Marin with information on the complex and overlapping tenant/landlord housing laws and information on funding and financing programs for making capital improvements.

The expo will feature presentations about Fair Housing Law, the Marin County District Attourney's Consumer Protection Office, maintenance and energy efficiency funding, adding an ADU to a property, and the Marin County rental inspection program.

Following the presentations, attendees are invited to join a resource fair and talk to local organizations that provide resources for Marin property owners.
