About the Expo

Marin County regularly engages with property owners who are seeking clarity around the complex, and sometimes overlapping, rules governing rental housing. This event is designed to put all of those pieces—laws, resources, tools, and agency contacts—into one room, at one time.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Learn about fair housing requirements and practical approaches to meeting reasonable accommodation standards
• Navigate changing state and local rental housing laws with confidence
• Explore concrete tools, financing options, rebate programs, and other supports for property maintenance and improvements
• Connect directly with agency representatives, housing professionals, and local jurisdictional staff
