Marilyn Maye

Beloved 98-year-old Kansas Citian and national cabaret icon, Marilyn Maye appeared 76 times on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, the record for appearances by a singer. Maye continues to perform throughout the United States in clubs and concert halls. For the past 19 years, she’s appeared in New York in the spring and fall at the prestigious nightclub 54 Below for 10 or more sold-out nights. Yearly engagements include Birdland, Dizzy’s at Jazz at Lincoln Center, 92nd Street Y, and various other venues. Since 2012, her twice a year/multiple night engagements are sold-out at the Purple Room in Palm Springs, Catalina’s in Hollywood, Crooner’s in Minneapolis, MIM Theater in Phoenix, and many other venues.
