You’ll feel transported to the center of Louisiana and immersed into its culture with a variety of food vendors serving mouthwatering, finger licking, authentic Cajun & Creole regional dishes that were passed down from generation to generation!!!

VENDORS!! Please note vendors are not automatically confirmed and will begin the selection process by the Special Events Department 2-4 months prior to the registration deadline to prevent duplicate vendors.

After completing your Vendor's Registration Form, the Special Events Department will reach out to you if you are one of the selected Vendors. Your payment(s) and documents must be submitted by the deadline given to you by the Special Events Department.

***If you purchase your Vendor's Booth prior to being selected, all registration fees will be refunded if not selected.***
