On Tuesday, September 22nd, experience a thoughtfully crafted five-course dinner where Margaux's culinary team bridges the flavors of West Michigan with the cuisine and culture of Paris. This exclusive event highlights the creativity, technique, and passion of Margaux’s culinary team, offering a closer look at the artistry behind each dish.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and unfolds through a seasonal tasting menu designed to balance Midwest character with French technique. With limited seating, this experience is intended to feel personal, immersive, and distinctly refined.

- 1st Course: Vertical Paradise Farms – Herb Salad, mixed greens, romaine, micro greens, micro flowers, crisp apples, dried cherries, black walnuts, apple cider vinaigrette
- 2nd Course: Detroit Beets – Tri-colored baby beets, toasted hazelnuts, orange segments, hazelnut/balsamic vinaigrette, Evergreen Lane goat cheese, balsamic glaze, fried beet leaves
- 3rd Course: Lake Michigan Steelhead – Seared patty pans, fingerling potatoes, confit cherry tomatoes, zucchini puree, piperade, fried basil and capers
- 4th Course: Vander Farms Wagyu – Ribeye, charred onion, persillade, Pebble Creek mushrooms, Maldon salt
- 5th Course: Atucun Chocolate Delice – Chocolate sable crust, Madcap Coffee Company espresso gelato, caramel sauce, chantilly
