About Korilynn Orth:

Korilynn Orth is a Registered Nurse and former nursing educator who now helps individuals uncover the underlying reasons for their health challenges through a functional and integrative lens. 

As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Life Coach, she blends science, simplicity, and compassion to help people build truly healthy homes and families. She loves teaching and empowering others through her focus on holistic wellness, metabolic balance, and the return to nutrient-dense, traditional foods such as fresh-milled flour.

About Meridith Coyle:

Meridith has owned and operated award-winning Main Line restaurants, markets and catering companies for over 30 years, including ANEU Kitchens. She is an integrative nutritionist & coach, certified vegan chef, and a soon-to-be certified macrobiotic practitioner. Meridith believes delicious food can be “health food,” and is on a mission to share this reality with patrons of as well as beyond with her line.

Meridith was recently awarded Female Business Leader of the Year for 2025. She is also an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and a popular speaker on clean, healthy, homemade comfort food and entrepreneurship.
