Our annual Halloween event returns on Halloween! Bring the kids to the library on Saturday, October 31, for a ton of fun Halloween activities from 11am to 3pm. New this year: we're partnering with Waterbury Witch & Wizard Day for even more things to keep the kids busy all afternoon, and we'll have a special performance by the Witchbury Spellcasters!
