Celebrate your library, Celebrate your community

Escape the winter blues and warm up your spirits at the New Haven Free Public Library's Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser on March 4, 2025! After the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it's time to kick back, indulge in the lively atmosphere, and let the good times roll.

Join us for an unforgettable winter celebration, and let the library be your oasis of warmth, joy, and community.

Festive attire is welcome.

Admission Information This event is strictly 21+. IDs will be checked at the entrance, so make sure to bring a valid ID. Alcohol will be served to those with proper identification.

Cash Bar Mardi Gras 2025 will feature a cash bar. To make your experience smoother, we kindly ask all attendees to bring cash for any drink purchases. Unfortunately, credit/debit cards won't be accepted at the bar.

Mardi Gras is a fun event to support the incredible work of the New Haven Free Public Library's city-wide system.
