Are you grieving the loss of your spouse? Come surround yourself with others who walk the same path. Formerly known as the Young Widows Support Group of Dayton, led fearlessly and selflessly by Pam and Nancy, the same general format has been revived. We have found a permanent home beginning this month, March 2025. The group is returning “home” to Normandy United Methodist Church, 450 W Alex Bell Rd, Centerville, Ohio, where meetings were held for 30 years. While Woodbourne Library in Centerville provided us a safe and neutral location for our January and February meetings, it was not going to provide the consistency month over month we want for our attendees. We welcome legacies, and new widows alike. Please share with women seeking support and company through their grief journey. Meetings will be held the first Thursday of every month. Check back regularly for updates. We will always have a space for you.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7pm and close at 9pm.
Signage (and greeters) will be posted to assist in navigating to the room.
