The Spring Equinox will have passed earlier in the month making way for the return of more light. It's a time to celebrate new life, new beginnings, and a return to balance.
So meet me at the beach and shed your Winter skin as we celebrate the return of the light together!
From beginner to seasoned pro you’ll find motivation, inspiration and the joy of gathering with like-minded folks when you meet me at the beach.
Get out of your comfort zone and let nature and movement be a part of your monthly ritual.
Each month our practice will include yoga inspired movement, breath work and cold water therapy. Every session is unique, working with the seasons and the circumstances in that moment. It’s an opportunity to let go of the week and set intentions for what’s to come.
Meet me on Sunday the 30th of March at 12pm on a hidden beach in South Queensferry.
To reach the beach it's a 30 - 40 minute walk (approx) over uneven terrain so be sure to leave yourself enough time to get there. The session starts promptly at 12pm with 60 minutes of yoga, followed by a therapeutic dip and time to warm up by the fire.
Please note there are no toilet facilities at this location.
