Things we’ll cover:
🌿 Plant identification basics (and specific details for the species we find)
🍵 Traditional herbal uses of wild plants
🍳 Cooking with wild food species
🛠️ Processing wild food species
➕ And more!
In addition, you’ll learn how to forage safely and responsibly.
The content of this foraging walk is approachable to people of all skill levels, beginners and veterans alike!
The walk takes place on flat terrain, and we will not be covered exceeding long distances (usually under a mile).
I look forward to seeing you there to learn about wild food and herbs with me! While we cannot forage species in quantity on this walk, we can sample them and learn where to find them to gather!
