WELLNESS
Strength meets slow burn with Coach Karis. This intentional strength training session will combine controlled movements, deep muscle engagement, and slow tempo work designed to help you feel the burn in all the right places. Expect to build strength, improve stability, and reconnect with your body through powerful, mindful movement.

WISDOM
We’re honored to welcome Nicole Rawson, an internationally recognized digital wellness expert, educator, and speaker. Nicole is the founder of Screen Time Clinic, one of the largest networks of certified digital wellness educators helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations build healthier relationships with technology. She brings over 20 years of teaching experience and deep insight into how screens shape attention, focus, and daily habits. Nicole’s work has been featured in national media, and she also authored Screen Smart Sam to support mindful digital habits from a young age. In her talk, she’ll share research, practical tips, and meaningful perspective on how to use digital devices more intentionally and protect your focus, mental health, and presence in everyday life.
