Last month we showed our love of leftovers, this month we're showing love to the planet. As animal advocates it's vital we consider the impact of our purchases on our shared home, earth. Being vegan, we've already drastically reduced our contribution to climate change, deforestation, ocean bed destruction and plastic waste (since fishing nets make up a significant proportion of this), but these issues continue to threaten all animals (humans included), particularly ocean life. So this month we're challenging you to cook a meal using no plastic wrapped ingredients.
If you'd like to go a step further, you might also want to look for local, organic ingredients with limited food miles, herbicides and pestides
The venue has a fully equipped kitchen as well as full crockery.
