March Sound Baths - Llangan

Hi everyone!

I’m Sarah, and I’m bringing my Crystal Bowl Sound Baths back to Llangan & St Mary Hill Village Hall this March.

If you’ve been feeling a bit full to the brim lately, this is your invitation to carve out an hour just for you. No phones, no to-do lists just you, and the restorative sound of the crystal bowls.

Wednesday 25th March | 7:00 - 8:00PM.

Where: Llanmorlais Village Hall

What to bring: A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, a pillow and some water. Just lie back close your eyes and let the sound do the work.

Spaces are limited to keep things peaceful. For this reason I can only release 6 spaces on Eventbrite.

I’m really looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones too!
