Our March Meditation and Sound Bath with cystals will take on a journey to use the Spring Equinox of rebirth, renewal and growth. We will be using flowers and plant imagry in our meditation to refresh and bring love into our innerself. This meditation is designed to help us remember how loved we are. Let us go with the flow.

As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, wrapped in a cozy blanket and supported by a pillow, you will allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body.
