March MATness: Strength & Flow for International Women's Day

Celebrate International Women's Day with lululemon Arrowhead Towne Center & Urban Zen Yoga, recipients of Peoria's 2025 Best Yoga Studio award.

This all-levels, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you move with confidence, feel strong in your body, and calm your mind. Stay after for refreshments & a private shopping experience, along with recovery brought to you by Rejuvenate Mind Body.

In honor of International Women's Day, we'll be celebrating strength, resilience, and community in all its forms. This fun, feel good, community class blends yoga flow with low-impact, Pilates-inspired strength and core work. While this day highlights and uplifts women, this class is for everyone who supports empowerment, wellness, and showing up for themselvs and each other.

You'll experience an introduction to several Urban Zen class styles including:

• Mat-based Pilates
• Yoga Flow
• Mindful stretching & relaxation

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Leave feeling strong, supported, and refreshed.

Workout: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Private Shop: 10:00am - 11:00 am
