These workshops are designed for adult swimmers who can swim at least 25 yards freestyle with side breathing and 25 yards backstroke. Show up and swim—no registration required, but we encourage you to drop a comment, chat with our coach on deck, or send us a DM to confirm your interest. This helps us get an idea of how many swimmers to expect each week! Participation is absolutely free, though a YMCA of DE membership or guest pass is required to access the facility.
