This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.

It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

March we will be enjoying some CD scratch art to make some calming hangers, we will be making bottle top CD Spinners to distract the mind and we will be trying out some medical meditation with a stethoscope and/or oxometer 💜🧘🏼‍♀️💜
