Join us for our annual Beer Pong for Alzheimer's event on Friday, March 28th, while also enjoying the March Madness tournament on one of the many TVs at Oakstone!Cost to play: $20/team minimum donation to the Alzheimer's Association
Schedule:
6-7 p.m. Open Beer Pong and Registration
7 p.m. - Tournament begins (# of games depends on the number of teams signed up)
You can sign up ahead of time at Oakstone, by emailing Tiffany Yapp at [email protected], or by filling out the Google form here: https://forms.gle/afZoFzBPbiiKhj1v7
**We will have a maximum # of teams, so if you want to make sure you can play, we suggest registering before the event. Day-of registrations will be accepted if there is still room.
You can pay one of three ways:
1. Electronic: Send money via Venmo (@Tiffany-Yapp-1) or PayPal ([email protected])
2. Check written out to the Alzheimer's Association
3. Cash
All payments can be made on the day of, but if you want to make sure your spot is secure, we suggest paying ahead of time. If you want to pay with check or cash ahead of time, please give to a bar manager at Oakstone and tell them what it's for.
