In March, we unleash the dogs.

The dogs meaning,

the Dramatists Of Good Service.

Our good service to you is a batch of good stories, historically inspired - with educational values and entertainment by our ensemble members of professional actors from the Inner Circle Arts Society. This is how we fight those who burn books - oral tradition, baby.

• We start with ART & GUMBO on MARCH 8 from 5pm to 7:30pm , the first in a series by creator, founder and artistic multihyphenate Joachim Moore. Come see the artwork in his latest exhibit called Ubuhlungu, which mean pain in the Bantu Speaking Culture. Attendees will also be able to purchase 'Ubuhlungu' the photography and poetry book authored by Joachim Moore as well. A Mobile-inspired Gumbo meal paired with a decadent corn bread will provided as the art is shared. SEATS ARE LIMITED, will sell out FAST!
• Our first show of the month; MEDGAR X'n JAMES: the voice of GARVEY lands in Sacramento MARCH 14th -16th from 7 - 9pm. The Inner Circle has taken this production to multiple cities and has recieved wonderful reviews; it tells the stories of leaders from the past (Medgar Evers, Malcom X, and James Baldwin) through the vessel of present day, troubled, young man. This play features stage and SAG-AFTRA actor and I.C founder, Joachim Moore (@alilmooreart).
• Our second show is the world premiere of a solo-play called AMERICAN PROPER, the generational story of the Liam Tadhg name and how it evolved with the overall American story. MARCH 21st - 23rd from 7 - 9pm. This play features stage actor C.D. Valenti (@iam.checko).
• Third, the IC's original stage production NAT KING COLE: the recorded story of a LEGEND, tells the story of Nat King Cole and his comrade and later pallbearer, Jimmy Durante. MARCH 28th -30th from 7 - 9pm, NOTE: 5 to 7:30 ON THE SUNDAY PERFORMANCE (MARCH 30th). This play features stage actor C.D. Valenti (@iam.checko). This is light musical, heavier on the dramatics. This play features both Joachim Moore (@alilmooreart) and C.D. Valenti (@iam.checko) in a performance they nostalgically perform like vaudeville; only more dramatic and modern. Oh, and of course Nat sings.

80 percent of the proceeds go to the Inner Circle to help teach acting both on film and stage in underserved communites.
