Are you a mom who needs community, connection, or a little encouragement?

DFW Black Moms is on a mission to help more moms find their tribe. We will walk from 10 -11am then restorative yoga & breath work from 11-11:30.

Bring your water, kids, stroller, yoga mat & an open heart.

We look forward to walk, connect & pour into your wellness.

After this Saturday gathering we’ll continue these walks & yoga every second Saturday at the park beginning in April.
