Step into a powerful morning of conscious connected breathwork, immersive sound healing and gentle Reiki energy work, intentionally aligned with the bold, activating energy of the Fire Horse.The Fire Horse carries momentum, courage and forward movement. It’s about action, confidence and stepping fully into your power.
This event is designed to help you break through and release in order to forge ahead with clarity and strength.
Through guided breathwork, you’ll be supported to safely move stored stress, emotional blocks and old patterns from the body.
Breath is one of the most natural and transformative tools we have, creating space for breakthrough, clarity and renewed energy.
Healing sound will be woven throughout the entire experience, supporting the breath journey in real time and continuing through integration. The vibration of sound works gently yet powerfully to shift stagnant energy, deepen release and anchor your intentions.
Throughout the session, energy work will also be offered to soften resistance, encourage flow and support your body’s natural healing response.

Hosted by our experienced facilitators, Kerrie and Nicole will guide you through a journey of gentle movement, breath, reiki, sound and vibration, helping you release what no longer serves and empower you to embrace the year ahead.
