Save the date for the next full moon hike! As of now, weather projects it to be partially cloudy so let's hope the sky's clear up for this evening.
This hike will be easy to moderate. However, Hiking in the dark is an added complexity, so please keep that in mind. Head lamps can be helpful but do increase shadows enabling the moon light to guide you along the way.
We will be meeting at Parking Lot #1 in SARA Park at 7:30pm and will depart on the trail by 7:40pm with an estimated return of 8:30pm.
Distance: 1-2 miles
Elevation: no more than 250'
Difficulty: easy to moderate (some loose rock and change in elevation)
We do use the responses of the event list to determine who will be attending. So please mark "going" if are planning on attending.
