Sabrina Moon is a leadership consultant, engineer, and founder of the Problem Solving Institute, with 25+ years of leadership experience at General Motors, BNSF Railway, and Norfolk Southern. She is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator specializing in trust- and values-based leadership.

Mitch McKinney is a veteran law enforcement leader with 20+ years of experience and currently leads Police Legitimacy and Procedural Justice training for the Fort Wayne Police Department. He focuses on building trust and accountability between public service professionals and the communities they serve.

Together, they co-founded Core Leadership Academy, a nonprofit bringing first responders and civilians together to find common ground.
