Carnivorous plants make the best of a bad (nutrient-poor) situation by supplementing their photosynthetic diet with digested animal and animal byproducts. At least a quarter of the known carnivorous species are threatened with extinction from human action.
This exhibit will include illustrations of species from across the continent including three from southern Oregon.
Wine and refreshments are provided.
