Biography – Frank Sposeto III

SHRM Military Community Ambassador

Frank Sposeto III is an operations executive, military veteran, and community leader with more than two decades of experience guiding multi‑unit teams across regulated industries, public‑facing service environments, and statewide workforce systems. His leadership foundation was shaped by his service in the U.S. Army and Iowa Army National Guard, where he developed a mission‑driven approach rooted in discipline, accountability, and team readiness. Throughout his career, Frank has led large, geographically dispersed teams, strengthened compliance‑driven operations, and built high‑performing cultures across multiple states and industries.

As a SHRM Military Community Ambassador, Frank works to bridge the gap between employers and the military community by helping organizations understand the unique strengths veterans bring to the workforce. He is also the Founder of the River Valley Veterans Network, a regional initiative dedicated to connecting veterans with employment opportunities, community resources, and peer support. His statewide service includes appointments to the Iowa Arts Council and the Iowa Library Commission, reflecting his commitment to public service and community engagement. Frank brings a practical, people‑centered perspective to every speaking engagement, helping HR professionals and leaders build more inclusive, veteran‑ready workplaces.
