March Dinner Meeting

Greetings from the Mercer Council of the Princes of Jerusalem,

For our program for March, we will be showing the 15th (Knight of the East) and 16th (Prince of Jerusalem) degrees. These degrees are often referred to as the historical degrees and are centered around the themes of liberation, rebuilding, and moral virtues.

The allegorical narratives of these degrees highlight the struggles of a captive people and their quest for justice and restoration. The teachings emphasize virtues such as patience, courage, and fortitude, contrasting the humility of the oppressed with the grandeur of the ruling empires of the time.

The Council serves as a reminder of the moral and ethical lessons derived from historical events, encouraging members to reflect on their own convictions and duties within the fraternity and society at large.

The dress code for the night is Masonic casual, and the meal will be appetizers/finger foods. No suits, no ties, and a perfect night to bring in new candidates to join our Valley.

Remember, After 5pm you can park on the streets here in Trenton. There are a few spots behind the building and also up against the back of the building where the signs indicate. The large State parking lots are also available as shown here on the map.
