March Cozy Yoga & Cocoa

Let's get Cozy!

Join Amy Sinclair & Erica Garland for a 75 minute gentle flow yoga class ending with some yin and restorative postures. We'll cultivate feelings of coziness with a warm room and flameless candles by the fireplace. Class will be co-taught meaning plenty of chances for hands on assists.

Our class will end with a guided loving kindness meditation, and extended savasana to faciliate our bodie's natural relaxation response. Once we awaken from our dream-like state, there will be a hot chocolate reception, and a chance to hang out on your mat and bask in the warm glow we create! It's the perfect way to nourish your body and sou, calm your nervous system before the busy holiday season, and practice loving kindness, to yourself and others!
