Join us for a four week, in-depth review of the freestyle swim stroke where we will discuss and implement effective body position, proper kick and stroke mechanics, efficient breathing practices, introduce open water swim skills, and more. PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS AND ANY ATHLETE WANTING TO GAIN A BETTER OVERALL UNDERSTANDING OF FREESTYLE TECHNIQUE!Athletes signing up for a Swim Foundations class should be able to safely and comfortably swim (no specific stroke required) from one end of the pool to the other without touching the ground or edges of the pool.
If you are not yet able to swim the length of the pool, please sign up for a private Learn to Swim lesson prior to registering for your Swim Foundations course.
March/April 2025 Session:
-Saturday, March 22nd at 9am
-Saturday, March 29th at 9am
-Saturday, April 12th at 9am
-Saturday, April 19th at 9am
Cost: $150/4 x 1 Hour Session
