If you’re interested in deep, body-based healing that works with early imprints still shaping adult life, I want to share an offering you may not yet know about.I host small, 4-day retreats with just 4–5 participants focused on early developmental and womb-related trauma. This work is based on the approach developed by Dr. Ray Castellino, which I’ve studied and practiced since 2002.
Coming up March 5-8 Sarah Theismann and I are co-leading this retreat in the carousel below at my home in Cotati.
