March 2026 Condensed Self-Defense Program/Short Course

This dynamic program allows the student to learn skill sets with a hands-on approach. Skills are demonstrated and explained, practiced through repetition with and without padded targets.

This is a 1-day course, with 2.5 hours of both classroom instruction and practical work on the mat. Class is scheduled from 10:00am-12:30. Students 12 and older and welcome to attend.

Please note that refunds ARE accepted until one week prior to the session. There are NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERS for any reason less than one week out of the program. Cancellations must be requested by 5:00pm one week prior to the session. Registrations are not transferable to another session if you do not attend. Thank you for understanding our staffing and registration needs to run an effective program.

Wellness forms and information on the class will come to your email via eventbrite prior to the start date. Please check your spam or trash folder as many times this email will go there. Please also let us know if you have any special needs ie: hearing assistance etc, so we can plan for your arrival.
