Have you ever wanted to tell a 5-7 minute true personal story like you hear on storytelling podcasts like "The Moth" or "Risk!" or "Snap Judgment?" This is your perfect opportunity!
When the street preacher’s lunatic rant unlocked a new level of crazy, did you make meaningful eye contact with a stranger just to make sure you actually heard what you heard? Was the teenager you were talking to painfully inconvenienced by the correction you were expressing? Were you a little shocked to lay your eyes on a drunk college kid crawling around half naked and - ah - marking everything? Were you finally able to share a long gaze with someone you were painfully attracted to, only to be met with a heartbreaking shake-of-the-head “No.” Did a close friend run into you unexpectedly at a crowded convenience store, point at your neck and proclaim “nice!” publicly identifying the giant hickey you didn’t know you had?
