The final training run before the Marathon Shuffle race weekend!We will revisit the start of the Marathon Shuffle route for this one, doing an out-and-back to Southview Rd along the SCT from Malaspina Rd - the start line.
A little under 15km with just under 500m of total elevation.
We can drop one or two cars at Southview Rd if folks would prefer to taper more and just do half the distance (less than 7.5km)
Meet at the roadside parking near Highway 101 at Powell Place at 9:00 am (up from the Shinglemill Pub).
We will car pool from here to the trail head at Malaspina Road
