Maple Counseling: Holiday Support Circle

If the holidays feel heavier this year, you’re not alone. Many in our community are coping with grief, loss of routine, and ongoing adjustments following the LA fires. This gentle, supportive counseling circle offers a compassionate space to talk, reflect, and connect with others who understand.

Join us on Thursday, December 18th, from 3:00–4:30 PM, for a guided conversation focused on grounding, emotional support, and finding moments of light during a challenging season. The circle will be facilitated by Dr. Francine Lederer, PsyD, and is designed to help participants process stress and strengthen their sense of community.
