Nrityapada proudly presents " Mānushī”- on a quest , a solo thematic work by Radhika Shetty, an acclaimed Bharatanatyam soloist, curator and teacher, known for her deeply introspective interpretations and her dedication to creating genuine artistic conversations through dance.
She is a graded artiste of Bengaluru Doordarshan and an empanelled resource
person with SPICMACAY. Radhika was awarded the title of Best Dancer (Senior
Category) by Parthasarathy Sabha, Chennai (2018), and the Kala Surabhi honour
by UVSA, Bengaluru (2023) for her contributions to the performing arts.
As a solo performer, Radhika’s work reflects a sensitive engagement with both
classical grammar and contemporary thought. Her thematic productions and
recitals have been presented at prestigious venues and festivals across India and
internationally, including performances and workshops in Hungary, Germany,
France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the USA.
